Undescended Testis Surgery

An undescended testicle is a testicle that has not returned to its place in the sac of skin that hangs below the penis before birth. Usually, only the latter is affected, but about 10% of the time it is not taken. Undescended testicles are not common in general but are more common in male babies born prematurely.
